Bring these summertime drinks to your next party!

Summer in the South can be brutally hot. Cool off with these fun and refreshing drinks — and get a serving or two of fruit while you’re at it! 

Watermelon Margarita & Blueberry Lemonade Specialties

Watermelon Margarita


4 cups cubed watermelon

2 tablespoons sugar

3 limes, 2 for juice and 1 for garnish

8 ounces tequila

5 ounces triple sec, divided

3 tablespoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon chili powder


Puree watermelon and sugar in blender until smooth. Pour puree through fine-mesh strainer. Transfer liquid to a pitcher and add lime juice, tequila and 4 ounces triple sec. Stir to combine. In a shallow dish, combine kosher salt and chili powder. In a second small plate, add remaining 1 ounce of triple sec. Dip the rims of 4 margarita glasses in the triple sec, then coat in salt and chili mixture. Divide liquid between four glasses and garnish with lime wedges.

Blueberry Lemonade


1 1/2 ounces Skyy Pacific Blueberry vodka

Fresh blueberries

Splash of Sprite  

Fresh lemonade

Mint sprig


Add blueberries to a tall glass and muddle them. Fill glass with ice. Add vodka and splash of Sprite. Top with fresh lemonade. Garnish with mint sprig.
